Cover Supervisor Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing classes in the teacher's absence, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, keeping students on task and addressing any disruptions
- Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them overcome learning challenges
- Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment
- Uphold the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students
About You:
- Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or coaching capacity
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting students' access to education
- Strong classroom management abilities with the talent to engage students in their learning
- A solid understanding of SEN and strategies to support young learners
- Adaptable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to drive and access to your own vehicle
