Cover Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools by providing cover for teaching staff during short-term absences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils and carry out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are absent
- Develop and maintain a positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other school staff
- Be highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Experience working with children or in a classroom setting
