Nadel is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative. This position involves providing inventory and logistics support for global events.
Main responsibilities include:
- Stock movement coordination
- Inventory management
- Import/export operations
In addition to these tasks, you will be creating listings, SKUs, and ASN on stock management systems and eStores, and liaising with clients, warehouses, and couriers to ensure timely shipments and returns.
Your work will also involve resolving customer complaints and issues through Freshdesk tickets. To excel in this role, you must have strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
We require applicants to have:
- Adequate education to A Level, prior customer service experience necessary
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
