About the Role:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the healthcare industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Registered Nurse Qualification and strong knowledge of complex care needs and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
