Southampton HLTA Role with Opportunity to Complete QTS

Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HLTA to join our team in a lovely Primary School in Bitterne, Southampton.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and work towards completing your PGCE and gaining QTS while being paid.
As an HLTA, you will be responsible for supervising classes and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students. You will work closely with the teaching staff to deliver lessons and support the pastoral systems in place.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising classes and ensuring student engagement
- Supporting teaching staff with lesson delivery and planning
- Assisting with pastoral care and student development
- Learning and implementing school policies and procedures
- Supporting students with coursework and examination preparation
