About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our team at Nisbets PLC. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-class customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to store sales targets and KPIs, including revenue, margin, conversion, footfall, quotes, and ATV.
  • Participate in store outreach plans, utilizing local knowledge to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Perform general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
  • Accurately complete stock auditing tasks and process customer payment transactions.
  • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
