Job Title: Metering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Metering Specialist to join our team at Anglian Water Business (National) Limited. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for resolving meter-related issues, ensuring accurate billing, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve metering validations and data integrity failures
  • Make outbound contact with customers to obtain meter reads
  • Ensure meter data is correctly maintained for future reads and accurate billing
  • Liaise with customers, operations teams, and contract providers
  • Monitor system performance and optimize meter reading scheduled routes
Requirements:
  • Customer service background with a friendly and persuasive telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple internal systems
  • Ability to make informed decisions on meter asset defects and identify opportunities for value-added services
