Childcare Specialist

We are Blom and Blom, a reputable private day nursery in Dulwich. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Childcare Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be a qualified Nursery Nurse with Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with our team to create an enabling environment that fosters children's learning and development
- Planning and delivering engaging activities to support children's growth and achievement of learning outcomes
- Conducting regular observations, evaluating, and recording children's progress
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A recognized Early Years qualification, such as NNEB, CACHE, EYT, or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework, planning, and assessment procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
