We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable care home in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working under the guidance of an experienced manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centred care to residents with a range of general nursing needs
- Creating and maintaining accurate service user records
- Administering medication and monitoring resident needs
- Leading a team of carers and liaising with outside professionals
Requirements:
- Nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN)
- Strong clinical skills and a clean DBS
- Awareness of core care standards and experience in a nursing home setting
- Exceptional standards and a willingness to put resident care first
