We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DFT Engineer to join our innovative ASIC team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects at the forefront of ASIC and silicon design, with plenty of scope for professional growth.

Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring designs are testable, efficient, and ready for production. You will lead hands-on DFT implementation, verification, and validation, developing methodologies for enhanced testability and reliability of ASIC designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and verify DFT solutions using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain DFT methodologies to ensure robust test coverage.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of hierarchical DFT, on-chip clocking, and ATPG compression techniques.
  • Manage scan insertion and guide synthesis scripts to ensure accurate testing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in IC development flows with a focus on DFT, hands-on expertise with modern DFT tools, and strong knowledge in partitioning and on-chip clocking. You will also need demonstrable experience in ATPG and debugging simulations, as well as proficiency in RTL design and understanding of silicon technologies.
