Job Title: Senior Water's Edge Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Water's Edge Engineer to join our Resilience Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects related to water's edge engineering, including coastal, fluvial, and drainage projects. Your expertise will be essential in delivering solutions that enhance society and contribute to a better world.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead projects from feasibility to completion, ensuring delivery within programme and budget constraints
* Supervise project staff and ensure the successful delivery of projects
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

* 20+ years of experience in water's edge engineering, with a strong focus on coastal and fluvial projects
* Excellent knowledge of technical, commercial, and contractual documents
* Strong business sense and ability to develop business and deliver commercially successful projects
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
