Join Our Team as a Senior Water's Edge Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Water's Edge Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. As a key member of our Resilience Engineering group, you will be responsible for managing projects from feasibility to completion, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in water's edge engineering, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent knowledge of water's edge engineering principles, practices, and technologies
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
