Job Summary
This is a dynamic Supervisor role that requires a strong background in highways management. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the smooth operation of our depot, ensuring timely completion of projects and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and teams are prepared for work.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Foster strong relationships with team members, leveraging effective communication and leadership skills.

Requirements
• Proven experience in highways management, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• CSCS card holder and UK driver's license, with a strong understanding of construction safety protocols.
