Job Title: Footwear Designer

We are seeking a talented Footwear Designer to join our team at Success Talent. As a Footwear Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing footwear collections for each season.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching trends, colours, materials, and trims to stay ahead of the competition
  • Creating initial sketches of footwear concepts, both hand-drawn and digital
  • Providing detailed technical drawings and specifications for prototype development
  • Collaborating with the development team and factories to ensure designs are executed with precision
  • Exploring sustainable materials, footwear constructions, and production methods to ensure our designs are both innovative and eco-conscious

You will also be responsible for competitor analysis, shopping trips to assess market trends, and driving design inspiration for upcoming collections. Working closely with senior designers and other product categories to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years design experience
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
