About the Role

This exciting opportunity at Britvic presents a chance to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Factory Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving performance standards, while driving continuous improvement through BWS activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include operating machinery, taking accountability for day-to-day operations, and contributing to achieving factory targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring housekeeping and hygiene standards are met across the site.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have direct manufacturing operational experience, with a strong background in TPM and improvement principles. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as familiarity with SAP and basic maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead BWS activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Take accountability for day-to-day operations and contribute to achieving factory targets.
  • Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are met across the site.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in consumer goods manufacturing, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with SAP and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum.
