Job Title: Reinstatement Civils Operative

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Reinstatement Civils Operative to join our team at Comex 2000 UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality reinstatement works on various road surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform reinstatement works on roads, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with excavation teams and follow instructions from the Civils Supervisor.
- Operate manual and mechanical equipment, including Stihl Saws, Wacker plates, and trench compactors.
- Set up sites in compliance with Streetworks requirements and reinstate roads to industry standards.
- Document all information and complete daily paperwork and risk assessments.
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols and handle company assets responsibly.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
- Complete projects on time and meet clients' deadlines.

Requirements:

- Full UK driving license
- NRSWA - Unit 7, CSCS
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- 2+ years of experience
- Towing and 7.5-ton license
- Ability to work independently
- Industry-related qualification (preferred)
- Telecoms industry knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and can-do approach
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient IT skills
