Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced NPD Technologist to join our team at White Raven Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and leading NPD and EPD projects from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative product designs, capturing new trends and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with key retailers to create and develop new products, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Source new ingredients, ensuring they meet design, budget, and customer site requirements.
  • Attend customer submission meetings and provide technical support as needed.
  • Champion recipe creation, documentation, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a degree in a relevant scientific subject, preferably in food science or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an NPD Technologist in the food industry, ideally in the bakery sector.
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
