The Opportunity

We have an exciting opening for a Senior Site Manager to lead a site team in delivering a brand new, long-term residential scheme in the Kings Lynn area. This development consists of 400 houses and apartments spanning multiple phases over a five-year build programme.

  • This is a brand new development with a mix of open market and partnership properties, featuring various types of houses and apartments on a large site.
  • You will be responsible for managing a team that initially consists of a Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, with plans to increase the team size as the project progresses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in managing new build residential schemes and volume housing projects with PLC housebuilders or Tier 1 main contractors. You should also be able to manage programmes and budgets, drive the site towards an exceptional quality finish, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
