We are seeking highly motivated and clinically-experienced clinicians to join the newly established Learning Disability and Autism Outreach Team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

This exciting new clinical leadership role involves working in collaboration with other LDA Outreach colleagues, community learning disability and autism colleagues, and colleagues from 'The Brook', a 10-bedded Learning Disability and Autism inpatient unit.

We are seeking broad multidisciplinary representation, including Mental Health and Learning Disability nursing, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy backgrounds.

A central part of the role is delivering complex care packages to vulnerable service users across Devon, ensuring proactive liaison with partner agencies, families, and care providers.
