On Event Production Co is a leading technical live event production company based in the East Midlands. We provide creative technical solutions for conferences, awards, fashion shows and product launch events to a wide range of blue-chip clients and their agencies.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated technical production professional with experience in end-to-end technical design and production management. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our creative and friendly team within our venue partnership in Birmingham City, The Eastside Rooms (ESR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for production services for the Eastside Rooms various meeting spaces
  • Building and developing long term client relationships through exceptional client care
  • Advising on technical solutions for live virtual and hybrid events
  • Providing quotations drawings/CAD and specifications
  • Arranging and booking crew and equipment logistics for events
  • Be the main contact at the venue for all rigging in the main conference suite
  • Experience in line management
  • Audio visual and live event system technical knowledge
  • Works comfortably alone and as part of a team
  • Experience in Hybrid Events
  • Good time keeping and time management of tasks and people
  • Valid Driving License (commutable distance from Birmingham)
