About the Role

This role involves supporting the Technical Management team in conducting technical appraisals of potential development land, ensuring timely delivery and meeting set criteria.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical appraisals of potential development land, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Management team to develop strategies for land acquisition and planning appeals.
  • Develop and manage Design programmes, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Budget and forecast expenditure for Technical and Services expenses, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
