Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Steadplan in Nelson, Lancashire.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in servicing and repairing light vans to work with a leading MAN dealership and achieve long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex issues in a range of light vans to the highest standards.
- Prepare vehicles for MOT tests and ensure a 100% pass rate is maintained.
- Attend breakdowns and provide roadside repairs as part of a call-out rota.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working with light vans on service and repair, ideally within a dealership or similar environment.
- Full UK driving license.
- Availability to participate in a call-out rota for roadside repairs.
