Wound Care Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wound Care Specialist to join our team at Essity. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling wound care products in the community setting, covering London.
Key to your success will be territory planning, ensuring regular interaction and relationship building with customers, as well as collaboration with other team members across the business.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a permanent, field-based position, requiring you to live on the territory (within the M25 ideally). Territory travel will be required, including some overnights, and occasional travel off territory for business meetings and conferences as necessary.
This role is a hybrid with a blend of face-to-face and remote selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth year on year, as set by company targets
- Manage and grow accounts through tactical business planning
- Identify new business opportunities through effective market analysis
- Develop influential relationships with decision makers
- Identify key opinion leaders and key accounts at territory level
Requirements
This role would ideally suit an existing account manager/sales specialist or a clinical nurse with experience in the medical sector.
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Experience within the medical sector
- Working knowledge of the wound care sector across the region would be advantageous
- An interest and ability in developing professional working relationships
- Commercial acumen
- Good knowledge of IT skills, tech savvy
