Are you looking for a new challenge where you can develop your skills and become a leader? As a Trainee Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team and develop your skills in customer service excellence. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead your team from the front.
The salary for this role is approximately £24,000 per annum, including benefits such as 1 meal whilst on duty, up to 70% discount for you, family and friends at all Roadchef sites, a cash bonus for every friend you refer, and discounts on many high street and online stores via our Hapi app. We also offer free onsite parking and a contributory pension after 3 months.
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for providing a great customer experience and working with people. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a restaurant, bar, or retail setting, is not necessary, as full training will be provided. What's more important is your ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with your team and customers.
