The Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our aviation division within our Consulting business. The successful candidate will have a strong reputation in the aviation sector and a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the aviation division and be responsible for the delivery of significant technical solutions
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and development within the division
  • Manage and oversee large projects and programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Lead a team of professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the aviation sector, with a strong reputation and track record of delivering complex projects and programs
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
