Consents and Approvals Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a Consents and Approvals Implementation Specialist to join our team at ECS Resource Group Ltd. This is a permanent role based in Harlesden, London, offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 plus a company car.
**Job Description**
As a Consents and Approvals Implementation Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support to the Integrated Project Team (IPT) at Old Oak Common Station. You will be responsible for implementing processes to obtain approvals and consents across the team, while also providing information on performance monitoring. This role will also involve managing the team Sharepoint site, including related process and procedure updates.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide project support within the team consents and approvals process, including document management, forward look programme of works, and general team administration tasks.
* Develop and maintain the team Sharepoint site, including process overviews and general content updates.
* Assist the Consents and Approvals team to populate and regularly issue the Commitment Compliance Plan Baseline Register with relevant evidence for U&A compliance and Consents management.
* Coordinate and report on monthly SPIs and KPIs as required.
* Work collaboratively across the IPT to improve the management of Consents and Approvals, and U&A compliance, working closely with the Stakeholder and Communications team to disseminate information.
**Person Specification**
* Knowledge of the construction industry and its activities.
* Ability to provide support within an Integrated Project Team.
* Analytical and task-focused/completion abilities.
* Competence using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Sharepoint.
* Experience of working within an Engineering/Construction Consents and Approvals environment.
* Ability to learn new concepts.
* Experience and skills with website development and management.
* Communication and presentation skills within a construction environment.
* Experience of working with Power BI and reporting tools.
* Ability to form and maintain good relationships with the wider team.
