Sales and Fitness Development Manager

The role of a Fitness Sales Growth Specialist is to develop and implement effective strategies to increase the number of new members at a well-established health and fitness club based in Kingston upon Thames.
This office-based position offers a competitive salary of up to £27,000 + Bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for those with industry experience within fitness and sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire membership process, from lead generation and sales to retention. Key duties include developing campaigns to recruit new members, guiding and signing-up new members, and utilizing Ez runner to identify and contact web/phone/walk-in enquiries.
To succeed in this role, you will need great communication skills, both spoken and written, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work to deadlines and targets. Additionally, proficiency in running reports in software with complete accuracy is essential.
