About the Role

The Senior Planner will be responsible for delivering planning advice on planning applications and projects, developing core competencies, and technical expertise. You will be the key point of contact for clients and continue to develop your skills in commercial management, client relationships, and business development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on planning applications and projects with experience or seniority
  • Develop and refine commercial management, client relationship, and business development skills
  • Contribute to technical excellence in the team, supervise, and/or mentor team members as required
  • Review work of other professional staff and direct a small team or unique element of a project
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful outcomes for projects and clients
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • An RTPI-accredited degree or Masters in a related discipline
  • Preferably a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute or working towards it
  • Ideally, at least two years' post-qualification experience in a relevant role
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and flexible working hours.
