Job Title: Business Systems Strategist

Aviva is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Strategist to lead the development and implementation of our SaaS ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic technical and architectural vision and roadmap for our GI technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SaaS ecosystem strategy that aligns with Aviva's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SaaS vendors, and architects to design and implement SaaS solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the technology roadmap from SaaS vendors is aligned with Aviva's strategic priorities and product delivery roadmap.
  • Manage the strategic relationships with key SaaS vendors and hold them accountable for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Optimise resource management to ensure the SaaS platform is managed in a cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT service and operational resilience, with a focus on SaaS ecosystems.
  • Strong technical expertise in SaaS technology and architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with Aviva's business objectives.
  • Curious and inquisitive mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
