Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ABM. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing facilities management services support, including day-to-day operational interaction with clients, day-to-day support of Health & Safety, and liaison with other technical team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of Electrical and/or Mechanical Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks in line with the contract scope and specification.
  • Execution of Electrical and/or Mechanical reactive/Emergency Maintenance tasks and Minor Project works in line with the contract scope and specification.
  • Support all procurement requirements as required to their areas of work.
  • Maintain all Company issued equipment in a clean, serviceable and presentable manner.
  • Ensure that all Company IT system requirements are completed accurately and legibly at all times and presented in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all Company paperwork is completed accurately and legibly at all times and presented in a timely manner.
  • Present themselves in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with clients and other staff members at all times.
  • Support the Site Supervisor, Engineering Manager Contract Administrators and/or the Contract Manager in their roles by effective communication.

Requirements

  • Fully electrically qualified.
  • Experience in a similar maintenance role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on their own initiative.
  • Ability to prioritise work loads.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised qualification in Testing and Inspection.
  • Portable Appliance Testing.
  • IPAF Qualified / PASMA Qualified.
