Early Years Educator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Plan and deliver activities that cater to individual children's needs, interests, and abilities.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Monitor and record each child's progress, sharing insights with parents and guardians as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the quality of our early years provision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Proven experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early years education.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Clear DBS background check.
