Job Title: Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Programme Coordinator to join our team at Sports Generation. As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering our swimming programmes, ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to clients of all ages and abilities.
  • Client Coordination: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client feedback and achieving daily sales targets.
  • Programme Coordination: Coordinate bookings, convert prospects into new bookings, and retain current clients.
  • Pool/Plant/Facilities Coordination: Provide weekly feedback to the Programme Manager on site visits, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements:
  • Qualified ASA/STA level 2, with a valid rescue test certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a 40-hour week, including occasional weekends.
