Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Programme Coordination:
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to our clients, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Coordinate programme schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing disruptions.
- Client Coordination:
- Respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring tailored solutions.
- Pool and Facilities Coordination:
- Monitor and maintain pool and facility conditions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Provide feedback to the Programme Manager on site visits, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Administrative and Sales Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Contribute to sales efforts, promoting our programmes and services to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified ASA/STA level 2 swimming instructor.
- Valid rescue test certificate (safety award or NPLQ).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional weekends.
