Education and Employability Programme Coordinator

The Harlequins Foundation is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the development, planning, and delivery of our employability provision. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing programmes that equip participants with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their employability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver employability programmes that meet the needs of participants
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery
- Monitor and evaluate programme impact and progress
- Provide guidance and support to participants to achieve their career goals
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. A strong understanding of employability skills and knowledge is essential, as well as the ability to design and deliver engaging programmes.
