About the Role

This is a Temporary Administrative Assistant position in an educational setting, responsible for welcoming students, guests, and parents into the school. You will also ensure that safeguarding processes are followed, answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and perform various administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming students, guests, and parents into the school
- Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed
- Answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary
- Responding to emails
- Letters to parents
- Typing of letters and memos
- Filing, faxing, and photocopying

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a school environment or similar
- Ability to work on a temporary basis and between set hours
- Willingness to obtain an enhanced child workforce DBS (paid for by the employer)
