We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Project Coordinator to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with learning disabilities and physical disabilities to maximize their potential and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to encourage customers to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Be a first point of contact for customers and colleagues, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the development of personalized support plans to promote customer independence and well-being
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment, undertaking risk assessments and reviewing customer needs
  • Develop professional relationships with customers, using effective communication to ensure their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are maintained
  • Contribute to the delivery of small group activities to promote recovery and well-being

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working with adults with physical/learning disabilities or high needs
  • Ability to relate and empathize with people with physical/learning disabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and internet communications
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
