We are seeking a talented Norwich BMW Car Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) + OTE
  • Hours: 45 hours full-time
  • Location: Norwich BMW

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through a seamless buying experience, from initial welcome to handover
  • Actively prospect for new customers, maintaining a comprehensive enquiry database
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge, enhancing expertise through manufacturer-led training sessions
  • Recommend suitable add-on products based on customer needs and preferences
  • Ensure effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-up
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering loyalty and encouraging referrals

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, demonstrating ability to achieve targets and build relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills, with energy and enthusiasm
  • Genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to team success
  • Strong organisational skills, meeting deadlines and details
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, focusing on customer needs
  • Must hold a Full UK driving licence
