HR Advisor - Recruitment and Retention

We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR Department at Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (Nrs). As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in advising both employers and clients on the recruitment of new staff and retention of existing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advise hiring managers on interview techniques and job descriptions.
  2. Research performance evaluation methods and design company policies.
  3. Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  4. Manage employee relations and performance management.
  5. Ensure policies are consistent and HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in HR with relevant training or a degree in human resources or similar.
  2. Experience working within an HR/Recruitment function.
  3. 360 degree Recruitment experience.
  4. HR generalist experience.
  5. CIPD qualification or similar.
  6. Experience of working as a team member and as an individual using your initiative.
