We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR Department at Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (Nrs). As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in advising both employers and clients on the recruitment of new staff and retention of existing employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise hiring managers on interview techniques and job descriptions.
- Research performance evaluation methods and design company policies.
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Manage employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure policies are consistent and HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR with relevant training or a degree in human resources or similar.
- Experience working within an HR/Recruitment function.
- 360 degree Recruitment experience.
- HR generalist experience.
- CIPD qualification or similar.
- Experience of working as a team member and as an individual using your initiative.
