About the Role
- Teach swimming lessons to groups or individuals, following established lesson plans and guidelines.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Supervise customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and improve teaching skills.
Requirements
- Level 2 swimming teaching qualification (training can be provided for the right applicant).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
