Job Title: Military Airworthiness Surveyor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Military Airworthiness Surveyor to join our team at First Recruitment Group. As a Military Airworthiness Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering Military Airworthiness Reviews on behalf of the MOD, working alone or as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Military Airworthiness Reviews to the required standard
  • Demonstrate compliance with current regulations and legislation
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers
  • Prepare detailed technical reports for internal and external customers
  • Work flexibly within the AtkinsRéalis Military Airworthiness Team
  • Identify future business opportunities
  • Ensure a robust code of ethics underpins Mil AR service delivery

Requirements:

  • Compliant with MRP RA 4972 (Military Airworthiness Review Surveyors – MRP Part M Sub Part I)
  • Experience of working on fixed wing aircraft
  • Competence to make engineering airworthiness decisions
  • Detailed knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation and the MAA Regulatory publications (MRP)
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to deal effectively with multiple issues whilst working to tight timescales
