Weekend Front of House Steward Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Weekend Front of House Steward to join our team at Victoria Barracks, Windsor. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Service food and/or beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Restock and rotate stock using the FIFO method
  • Report any feedback, complaints, suggestions, or hazards to the line manager
  • Participate in kitchen cleaning, including pot wash and dishwashing
Requirements:
  • DBS check required
  • Experience in hospitality or food service desirable, but full training will be provided
  • Food hygiene certificate desirable
