About the Role

Vertical Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Building Services Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical services to lead key schemes within their Manchester-based team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Performance and Quality Control: Ensure the highest technical standards on all projects, resolving complex issues through hands-on approach.
  • Financial Forecasting and Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, resources, and financial performance.
  • Quality Implementation and Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to ensure technical excellence.
Requirements:
  • Strong Technical Background: Proven experience in building services design, construction, and procurement.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead building services teams through work winning, design, and procurement phases.
  • BIM Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of BIM in a project environment.
  • Risk Management: Lead design teams to eliminate health and safety risks and financial risks during construction.
  • Talent Development: Focus on developing technical talent within the organization.
  • Flexibility and Reliability: Be flexible and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
What's On Offer:

A competitive remuneration package including a salary of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, flexible pension allowance, private medical insurance, professional subscription contributions, and a bonus scheme.
