Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Manage and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot on-premise Active Directory environments, including Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Implement and manage Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and configuration.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they impact operations.
  • Ensure systems are secure and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
  • Occasionally travel to regional offices to provide on-site support and ensure the seamless operation of IT systems.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, and Windows Autopilot.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
  • A computer-related degree is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
