Role Description

As an Aftersales Leader, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the aftersales department. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, managing budgets, and leading a team of professionals.

Your Key Tasks Will Include:
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.

The estimated salary for this role is £36,400 basic, with an OTE of £50,960, plus company car, pension, critical illness, life assurance, single health care, 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
