Machine Learning and Deep Learning Director

Sail Biomedicines is at the forefront of programmable medicine, leveraging the power of AI to revolutionize therapeutics. As our Machine Learning and Deep Learning Director, you will drive the development of our AI platform, combining eRNA and nanoparticle deployment technology with AI techniques.
The estimated salary for this position is $280,000 - $380,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
About the Role:- Design and implement state-of-the-art ML models to design RNA and deployment nanoparticles with unprecedented therapeutic properties
- Constantly look for opportunities to advance our AI-guided programmable medicines platform through rigorous real-world measurements and demonstrations
- Routinely and effectively communicate findings to company leadership
Requirements:
- PhD in applied mathematics, computer science, physics, or other quantitative disciplines with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning
- 10+ years of experience in real-world impact, ideally 6+ years industry experience in ML and AI
- Strong background in supervised, unsupervised, representation, and reinforcement learning
