We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at ARV Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project team on site to ensure that structures are being delivered on time, on budget, and as safe as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze pre-planning information to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate suggestions for improvement in the erection process to the project team and stakeholders
- Liaise with site managers and sub-contractors to ensure a smooth install process
- Ensure that suitable RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) are in place to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment
- Coordinate deliveries, storage, crane scheduling, and logistics to ensure efficient project execution
- Strong background in structural steel erection and project management
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality
- Hold CSCS Gold, SMSTS, and CPCS Crane Supervisor certifications
