We are looking for a talented Corporate Governance Lead to join our Corporate space at RSM UK. As a key member of our consulting team, you will contribute to the growth of our six solutions and play a critical role in delivering high-quality governance services to our clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking complex internal audits and internal controls documentation and testing at client sites, in accordance with our Internal Audit standards.
  • Leading teams to deliver high-quality Internal Audit and Internal Controls assignments within required timescales and budgets.
  • Managing, performing, and controlling internal audit and internal controls assignments, including assignment planning, programming, conduct, and control of audit work, and reporting findings.
  • Drafting assignment and internal audit planning documents for approval or review by clients or managers.
  • Preparing draft audit and controls reports and working paper files to high-quality standards and within SLAs on allocated assignments, adding value and good practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in internal audit and internal controls/SOX in a corporate environment.
  • Good technical knowledge of the internal audit process, internal controls documentation and testing, and individual subjects and sector issues relevant to the work.
  • Ability to review and control technical content of work of others to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and Internal Audit Standards.

We offer a salary of approximately £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
