Job Title: Legionella Water Hygiene Manager

Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £38k + Training & Benefits

Future Select Ltd is seeking a dynamic Legionella Water Hygiene Manager to oversee a team of Administrators/Coordinators based across England. The company is a privately-owned and successful name within the Environmental sector and can offer excellent training and development opportunities for hardworking candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of Administrators/Coordinators on a daily basis across England
  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure a smooth running of operations
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met across the office team as well as high levels of customer service
  • Act as an Account Manager for a portfolio of Water Hygiene/Legionella Client Accounts, answering enquiries and managing projects
  • Work closely with members of Management and Directors to discuss team performance
  • Process staff annual leave requests, sickness and schedules
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to site staff, members of Management and company Directors
Requirements:
  • Experience working as an Administrator/Coordinator for a Water Hygiene/Legionella/Water Treatment company
  • Must have worked within a Managerial/Supervisory position and have a proven track record of overseeing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using IT applications, such as the Microsoft Office suite and internal databases
  • Organised and adaptable attitude
