Requirements

  • A relevant qualification or experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and composed when dealing with challenging situations, prioritising student safety and well-being.
