Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cash Collection Assistant to join our team at Air IT Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the credit control team in proactively managing the Group debtors.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time role, working closely with the credit control supervisor to achieve excellent customer service standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in credit control or invoicing and basic Excel skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively chasing outstanding invoices to minimise debtor days.
  • Telephoning clients to chase overdue debt.
  • Building relationships with customers.
  • Resolving client queries directly via telephone and email.
  • Posting cash receipts.
  • Sending statements and payment reminders.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in credit control or invoicing.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Previous experience with Xero and/or Business Central.
